Lamar Thomas is the Principal of Delta Innovative School in Brooks County, Georgia. Under his leadership, Delta has thrived, earning multiple awards and maintaining a graduation rate of 75% or higher for six consecutive years, reaching 88.7% in 2023. With 22 years of experience in education, Lamar has served in various roles, including teacher, coach, and school counselor. He has also coached multiple sports, contributing to the 2021 State Champion Brooks County Trojan Football team.
As Vice-President of the Georgia Association of Alternative Education and a certified member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team, Lamar advocates for structures that foster an environment of hope and success. Delta Innovative School, a Leader in Me school, provides non-traditional students with opportunities to excel. Lamar’s vision is to make the school a model institution that develops leaders both in the classroom and the community. He remains committed to positively impacting his students’ lives every day and is also a dedicated life coach.
PK “ch3m1st” Graff is an avid gamer, Esports athlete, and educator specializing in instructional
design and virtual teaching at The Academies of Creative Education. He develops instructional
content in Esports, Python, and Computer Science and designs educational materials for K-12
students at Forsyth Virtual Academy, focusing on Math, Science, and Computer Science. His
efforts extend to implementing innovative practices in education and publishing books on
esports. Passionate about promoting equity in computer science and esports, he recognizes the
ongoing challenges in these fields. Additionally, PK serves as the General Manager of FoCo
Esports, managing seven varsity programs, two high school clubs, one alternative school
program, and eleven middle school esports clubs, collectively supporting over 500 gamers. By
night, he directs the Ghost Gaming Academy in Atlanta, aiming to nurture young talent through
collegiate esports programs and initiatives that train the next generation of gamers. PK’s
influence spans local to global levels, shaping the future of gaming and esports in education and
industry.
